When you add in God—she was raised Pentecostal and once recorded on a Christian label—things get even more complicated.

When Kate Middleton the Duchess Of Cambridge was announced pregnant the whole world celebrated the news all excited about whether it would be a girl or a boy. Names were suggested passed across the net, people guessing where the baby would be born and all those details. While everybody else was focused on the baby Kate Middleton was probably more excited and anxiously waiting for the baby. While the world watched her pregnancy we watched how her fashion was going to change, evolve or grow as the baby bump began to show. We knew she would still remain royally smart but with elegance and poise as she always is. And true her fashion did change albeit slightly, she still wore her dresses and trench coats, put on makeup and even accessorized her looks. Kate Middleton's fashion was accented with royal flair. Though she loved to put on coats that covered the baby bump her sense of personal style was not forgotten. While attending events with or without Prince William, Kate chose her maternity wear that suited her body as the body changed during the pregnancy. She maintained her elegance and love for heels. Like any pregnant mother Kate was comfortable in whatever she wore just to show you that you do not have to compromise on your style just because you are expectant. Britain's The Sunday Times "Rich List" put him on its "list of young millionaires" in the UK, worth £13 million. Time magazine named him as one of 2010's 100 Most Influential People in The World. In June 2010, Pattinson was named by Forbes magazine the 50th most powerful celebrity in the world with earnings $17 million. Of New Year resolutions For Fashion Geek

I know, it’s the second month of 2014 and resolutions are usually made in the beginning of the year. I never really make resolutions or write them down anyway just thoughts I tick off in my head as I go along. But I’ve decided I need to make this one, I haven’t really been blogging that much due to some unrelated reasons and other stresses of life. So this time I think I need to put it down on paper as a goal I have for this New Year 2014. Written down resolutions have more meaning than just declaring something and let it fall as it may. And the best part is that now that I will put it down I will have no more excuses as to why I have not achieved it come December 31^st 2014. Now that I will share it with the whole world I will have people that I will be accountable to…not just for encouragement but also for critiques.

So here goes my 2014 resolution for fashion geek….my goal which I must absolutely achieve this year is…drum rolls please….to WRITE 1,000 POSTS by December 31^st 2014! Now it’s out there and I have no control over it. I absolutely must achieve this goal not just for my own piece of mind but also to give me something to thank God for and as a self-esteem booster. Once I achieve it, I will celebrate it and do something really great…like…hhhhm I need to think of the best way to reward myself for achieving this goal. I have 14 POSTS so far so in the meantime I need to keep moving so wish me luck guys!!!!!!!!!!!!

How to wear Crop Pants

Ankle or cropped pants have been on the fashion scene for a while…seen on the cat walks by designers, worn by celebrities so it means they are a fashion must have for every woman who is fashion forward. Crop pants are stylish, simple to put together and versatile. They can be worn as official outfits, casual or for a day out for functions from weddings to graduation parties. Their length makes then seem casual making many women to almost shy away from them but you just need to know how to pull off the look. Crop pants can be worn during the hot season actually they are comfortable enough to be worn all year round in all seasons. During the hot seasons you can wear with lighter fabrics like sheer tops and chiffon blouses, pairing with flat shoes, wedges or heels. During the colder seasons you can pair with a warm cardigan and go for boots or booties because of their cut and length. Want a laid back look; you can opt to wear slouchy pants with pieces of fabrics that are lighter in colors and material. If you are trying to wear the ankle/ crop pants for formal occasions pick darker shades for the office and they can be paired with an official jacket and heels. When the weather is hot add a dash of color for a bright look.

Always consider your height when putting on crop pants. Due to their cut and length tall women are much more comfortable with wearing the crop pants, for the short women you can wear them with high heel so that they give you height to avoid looking stumpy and odd. When it comes to shoes heels are the best options for wearing crop pants…they elongate your legs making you look sexier in them. Flat shoes like sandals, brogues, thong sandals also work well giving you a casual look.

When pairing the crop pants with tops make sure that the length of the blouses is just right to avoid looking out of shape and unbalanced. Sheer materials give you that feminine look and if you want an official look go for jackets that fit and reach at the waist. Pair with sexy heels and you are good to go! The most crucial point when it comes to wearing crop pants is to ensure that they FIT! You don’t want to look like you are trying to pull off someone else’s pants.
