BTS on Instagram - SUGA in Chicago

Chicago welcomed BTS in spectacular fashion as the group brought their ARIRANG World Tour to Soldier Field for two highly anticipated performances on August 27 and 28, 2026. Fans traveled from near and far to experience the seven members back on stage together, filling the venue with purple lights, chants, and an overwhelming sense of excitement.

The Chicago concerts became another unforgettable chapter in BTS's massive global tour and a celebration of the group's enduring relationship with ARMY.

The performances formed part of BTS's 2026–2027 worldwide stadium tour, which features an expansive production designed to bring fans closer to the action. A 360-degree stage configuration placed the members at the center of the venue, giving audiences surrounding the stage different perspectives throughout the show. 

At Soldier Field, the concerts were scheduled for 8:00 p.m., with gates opening earlier in the evening, giving fans plenty of time to settle in and take in the atmosphere before BTS took the stage.

For many fans, however, the Chicago concerts represented something much bigger than a pair of tour dates. They offered another opportunity to see RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook reunited as BTS following years filled with individual projects and solo schedules. 

The excitement, emotion, and unity inside Soldier Field reflected the special relationship between the members and their fans. As the ARIRANG Tour continues around the world, Chicago stands out as another city where BTS and ARMY created memories that will last long after the final song.
