The bow tie headband is trending on the streets of Nairobi and else where in the fashion quarters. The bow used to be an accessory that was tied around baby girls to make the look more cute  but now it has become a fashion accessory for women of all ages. The Bow tie head band can be of any material either silk, cotton or even woolen. The bow tie has evolved making it a very welcome accessory in most grown women's closets. The bow can either include a band that it is attached to or it can be just the bow with a clip on that you can use to attach to your hair. Whether braided, or plain hair the bow tie head band can be used to add a pop of color to an outfit or just add that little cuteness to a sexy look. The bow tie head band especially looks great on an Afro hairstyle but as with fashion its all about your personal look. So enjoy the bow tie trend as it is the hot trend at the moment!

Nicki Minaj's hairstyles are as vibrant as her outfits usually are. Whether it is going for awards, appearing at a concert, Minaj has a wide variety of hairstyles that are usually colored wigs. Well her favorite color it seems is bubble gum pink that she has done a lot of hairdos with. Her vibrant bottle-blond tresses usually shine even brighter against backdrop that is more colorful than her hair. She has had on platinum blond pigtails with pink tips at the iHeartRadio music festival and at the Giuseppe Zanotti boutique in NYC she went with a monochromatic hair and dress combination but had to have some color so she chose to put on some bright eye and lip color.
At the 2011 BET Awards Nicki Minaj appeared with a pretty much subdued hairstyle for her taste that is. She had on a classic bob that had with straight-cut bangs. Always over the top with her hairstyles and outfits, Nicki Minaj loves her stuff and shows that she is not afraid to be herself, color and all. So would you try her hairstyles?

The new trend in nail fashion this season is the almond shaped nails trend spotted on a couple of Holly wood celebs. From  Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens  to Kesha and Bella Thorne these celebs have been seen sporting the shape.
The sleek, rounded-off digits of dazzling lengths fingernails have also made their presence known in designers quarters like Kate Spade, Badgley Mischka, and Nicholas K have all showcased the delightful trend.
With the Almond shaped nails you can choose to have them in a plain color or do nail art on them. To achieve the almond shaped nails, the nail is filed away at the sides and softly pointed at the tip. This trend is nor for those who have really soft nails that may crack but you can file away the chipped parts to rectify it. Another disadvamtage of th almod shaped nails trend is tahat the shape does not allow nails to grow to their maximum length if the is what you are looking to achieve.
However everything has advantages and disadvantages therefore you can choose to rock this trend because it is in season and looks great with that feminine shape f an almond.
Are you a fan of Hollywood's new nail obsession?

It feels like I have loved you for a thousand years
My heart beats fast
As I walk towards you veil on my face
You stand alone at the end of the isle
All the doubts I have seem to disappear
I have adored you all my life
All the beauty that I know
All the happiness I have experienced
Every breath that I have taken
Every hour spent searching
Has led me to this moment

"Jean Paul Gaultier took a turn to the wild side with his Fall 2013 Haute Couture collection. With models' hair twisted sky-high and painted with leopard spots, animal prints along with sculpted volume were the themes of the season. The overall effect had more than a nod and a wink to the '80s with Mugler-esque quilting on jackets, oversize shoulders that would look at home on Grace Jones, and patterned tights with every look.
Standouts include a cobalt leather dress with a wide belt and exaggerated hips and a frothy bridal trouser suit on Liu Wen."

"Jean Paul Gaultier Fall Couture – Feeling in a feline mood, French designer Jean Paul Gaultier sent out a collection of big cat inspired looks for his fall 2013 haute couture collection. Known for his sense of camp, Gaultier did not shy away from color nor print with his latest couture outing. Models strutted the catwalk in body-hugging silhouettes covered in spotted fur patterns and leopard print stockings.
Gaultier also found inspiration in the clowns of cinema, citing references such as “The Clowns” by Italian director Federico Fellini as well as David Bowie’s “Ashes to Ashes” music video. The circus influence can be seen in bright, circular patterns found on dresses, cone-shaped hats and over-exaggerated trouser proportions. Still, it’s not all fun and games; Gaultier’s attention to craftsmanship is evident by the impeccable embroidery and shapes presented." by Joanna...fashiongonerogue.com

Fresh from causing major palpitations with her platinum-selling single “Heart Attack,” and smashing records with her fourth studio album—Demi Lovato graces the August cover of FASHION magazine. Photographed in sunny Los Angeles at Milk Studios, Lovato spoke to features editor Elio Iannacci on the highs and lows of her career as well as her views on songwriting, relationships and her return as a judge on X-Factor this fall. Here is a sneek peek of our cover story, which hits newsstands on July 8, 2013:

On dealing with double standards:
“Guys can be scandalous and not get any crap for it. In my song [“Something We’re Not”], I’m saying, ‘girls, have your fun—don’t let anyone let you feel bad about your actions. Ever.’
How moving to L.A. helped her transform:
“L.A. has opened my eyes. I learned that ignorance stood in the way of my insight. I wasn’t really being honest with the way I used to live.  I was pretending to be a role model during the day and turning into a wild child at night.”
