The First Family has always been known to dress elegantly, in classic pieces that bring out the best looks and fashion statements. Barack Obama wife Michelle Obama and children Malia Obama and Sasha Obama have very unique and different tastes in fashion which always translate into trends that the whole world looks to and follows.

Though Barack Obama is almost always n suits, his pieces are always smartly cut and are fitting. They are what every fashionable man should be emulating. The shoes are always polished to a tee and match with whatever cut of suit he is wearing. If it is a casual look like just a pair of pants and shirt, they are usually fitted and bring out his fit physique. In jeans Barack Obama knows how to wear what looks great on him. He kind of made the rolled up sleeve to become a trend that most men quite took to since it shows a casual yet ready to work kind of look.

Michelle Obama's Pearls. It is official Michelle Obama loves her pearls and there is no doubt that she knows how to pair them with the right outfit to give her that killer sexiness. As a First Lady, looks are important because she represents all the women who want to not only look good by excersising but also to look their best. The Pearls have become her signature look as she pairs them with everything, from official attire to suits, evening dressess and even just trousers.
The pearls can either be single or double strands depending on how she chooses to wear them. They also come in various colors and even mix and match. Like for instance at the Presidential debate she dressed up her simple sheath dress with a pearl necklace that was itself accessorized with flowers. Campaigning in Chicago she wore a red skirt suit that looked fabulous on her paired with cute elegant pearl necklaces. A simple strand of pearls look great won her and she complimented her turquoise dress with a brightly colored pearl necklace. Michelle Obama in Stripes

Michelle Obama looks great in any outfit she wears. This year's trends have seen the stripped look come back and since she is stylish lady, She looks quite good in this stripped look. The trick with stripes is you have to be careful not to over do it or else you end up looking too busy and out of place.
For stripes you can have a portion of the outfit with a single line or two of stripes or you can have stripes from top to bottom.
The stripes can be vertical or horizontal but caution needs to be taken when choosing the pattern for the stripes. If you are really tall and slim avoid vertical stripes as they will make you look elongated and taller than you really are, on the other hand if you are full figured avoid horizontal stripes as they will make you to appear larger than your real size.
Either way if you can pull off both horizontal and vertical stripes, have fun experimenting with color, texture a mix of several colors and even designs. Just pick a fashion idea from the First Lady and you can never go wrong or regret coming out of the house. As you can see whether it is state functions, dinner, a day out with the family or on official business stripes are a wonderful, sexy and elegant fashion style.
