On his first audition for ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ with creator Shonda Rhimes: “At first I thought [Shonda] hated me, but she was calculating in her head where to put me and what I’d be right for…they liked me, but they wanted me to do a chemistry read with [lead actress Ellen Pompeo]. I had an immediate connection with her because she has a Boston accent, and I’m from Maine, so that disarmed me.”

On his love of racing and his wife Jillian sharing his passion: “I think she kind of wishes she hadn’t allowed me to start racing because it’s become a full-time business and occupation outside of, and on top of, everything else I’m doing. She got the new Porsche 911 Targa as an anniversary present and now says, ‘I completely understand why you love cars and the rush of it!’ If you’re in a performance car there’s definitely a sensation that you get that is indescribable.”

I'm currently loving the Chunky Gold Chain Neck Piece as an accessory for my outfits...literally anything goes with this piece of jewelry. It is versatile and works well with neutral and even bold colors. Since it is a chunky piece of jewelry, it can stand on its own without really layering it with other pieces of jewelry. It gives you a sort of classy and bold look that will boost your confidence any day. Not to be worn to work unless its worn in such a way that it does not look out of place at the office. You can do this by wearing a less heavier chunky Gold Chain but it is up to you to decide how to make it blend or clash with your chosen look. Go ahead and give it a try, worth buying for yourself and even a friend.

Designer shoe and accessory line Jimmy Choo has replaced Nichole Kidman with model Catherine McNeil for their new Autumn Winter 2014 campaign. In the gorgeous campaign, McNeil is sporting some majorly impressive fall heels. The Heath cut-out pumps are so on trend this season, though it's particular design is so unique compared to other popular cut-out heels. And the booties pictured above are also very on-trend with the ankle strap, yet the overall silhouette and the heel are unique compared to other ankle-strap booties for 2014. *Photography by Peter Lindbergh.

T-strap heels, with their vintage charm and delicate allure, have gracefully tiptoed their way back into the modern fashion scene. These classic shoes, characterized by a strap running vertically from the toe to the ankle and intersecting a horizontal strap, first rose to popularity in the 1920s and 1930s. Today, they're enjoying a well-deserved revival on runways, red carpets, and sidewalks alike. Whether paired with tailored trousers, swing dresses, or jeans and a blazer, T-strap heels bring elegance, femininity, and a retro edge to any outfit.

Dior is launching the new makeup collection for Holiday 2014, entitled Golden Shock. Here's what the collection includes:
From the inception of the House of Dior, gold has been a signature color of the brand. From Mr. Dior’s first creations, which incorporated highlights of rich gold as luxurious accents, to the modern-yet-timeless looks of Raf Simons, which feature metallic gold elements to balance audacious shades of red, pink, blue and yellow, gold remains a constant theme. Now, the Dior Golden Shock Holiday Color Collection draws inspiration from Dior’s past and present by incorporating pops of color with dazzling gold accents.
The face of the collection is model Sasha Luss. Availability: mid-October 2014.
