I have never really understood how a whole fully grown man would let his underpants hang out for the rest of the world to see! Honestly no one wants to know what you are wearing underneath your clothes. It is completely and utterly disrespectful and disgusting.
Who said sagging was fashionable? I know trends come and go back this is one which needs to be hauled into the bottomless pit because it is an insult by those who claim it to be a fashion statement. What statement are you trying to make?
This ain't pretty to look at. Sagging just shows your lack of seriousness and potrays you as a man who is refusing to grow up. Who would take a man seriously if he came up to you trouser or shorts sagging to their knees?
Personally sagging should be banned from all public places as it reallt doesn't help any man who sags. It just sends the wrong impression of that person.
According to Greg Mathis, sagging was adopted from the United States prison system where belts are prohibited. Belts are sometimes prohibited to keep prisoners from using them as weapons or in committing suicide by hanging themselves. The style was later popularized by hip-hop artists in the 1990s. It has since become a symbol of freedom and cultural awareness among many youths or a symbol of their rejection of the values of mainstream society.
Before following a fashion fad know why and where it is coming from. Choose fashion that makes sense and will make you look better and enhance your personality do not just have the "everybody is doing it" mentality.
